Mobi Warehouse Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
Once your fully completed and signed agreement is approved, your order will be processed for delivery. Please allow for the following timeframes:

SIM Card Orders: A new SIM card will typically be activated within 7 to 10 working days from the date of order approval.

Device & Hardware Orders: Orders including hardware (e.g., cellphones, tablets) will be delivered within 10 working days from the submission of a correctly completed and approved order form.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and commence only once all necessary verification and approval steps are successfully completed.
2. Factors That May Cause Delay
Mobi Warehouse makes every effort to fulfill orders promptly. However, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Verification Processes: Additional time required for approving debit order details or correcting inaccurate information.

Stock Availability: Delays caused by supplier stock shortages.

Logistical Issues: Courier delays or other external factors.
Mobi Warehouse will not be held liable for any losses or costs you may incur as a result of such delays.
3. Delivery & Acceptance

The "Effective Date" or "Dispatch Date" of your agreement is the date your product is successfully delivered, as confirmed by our courier partner's records.

It is your responsibility upon delivery to:

Inspect the packaging for any visible damage before accepting the delivery.

Verify that the delivered hardware model and colour match your order before opening the packaging.

Once the packaging is opened, the device will be deemed accepted, and any costs for replacement due to incorrect items may be borne by you.

4. Collection & Delivery Risks
By accepting these terms, you waive any claims against Mobi Warehouse, its directors, staff, or appointed courier services for damages incurred during the collection or delivery of devices, hardware, SIM cards, or parcels.
