Mobi Warehouse Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Mobi Warehouse collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from www.mobiwarehouse.co.za (the “Site”) or enter into a subscriber agreement with us.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device. This includes your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. This includes all information provided in your Mobi Warehouse subscriber agreement application form and any supporting documentation, which may consist of your personal identification number (ID), proof of address, or bank statements.

When we use the term “Personal Information” in this policy, we refer to both Device Information and Application and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Application and Order Information we collect to:

• Fulfill your orders and service agreements (including processing payments, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and confirmations).

• Communicate with you.

• Screen for potential risk and fraud through consumer credit checks and bank account verification.

• Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services, in line with your preferences.

We use the Device Information we collect to help screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address) and to improve and optimize our Site. This includes generating analytics about how customers browse and interact with the Site and assessing the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use it as described above. For example:

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
